What I do
For businesses with a website and no one to look after it: clinics, restaurants, gyms, salons, and contractors.
-
Website fixes
The contact form that quietly stopped sending leads. The update that broke the booking page. The site that still lists last year's hours.
-
Monthly care
Updates, backups, and security checks every month, so a Friday-night update doesn't become a Monday-morning emergency.
-
Task automation
A new inquiry lands in your spreadsheet and you get a text. Tomorrow's appointment gets a reminder that sends itself.
What the free check looks like
Send me your web address and you'll get a short report like this, in plain language, with a fix for each item.
-
Fix now
Your contact form sends to an old email address, so new inquiries aren't arriving.
Fix: point it to your current address and send a test message.
-
Fix now
No recent backup was found.
Fix: set up automatic weekly backups and confirm one can be restored.
-
Fix soon
The homepage takes about 6 seconds to load on a phone, mostly because of oversized photos.
Fix: resize and compress the images.
-
Fix soon
Four plugins are out of date, and one hasn't been updated in over a year.
Fix: back up first, update them, and replace the abandoned one.
-
Looks good
HTTPS is working and the security certificate is current.

Fixed, and kept that way
I make the changes and tell you what I did. Add monthly care if you want it.
Hi, I'm Jonathan.
I fix websites and sort out the tech problems that eat into a small business owner's week.
For 20 years I've been the person people call when a computer acts up, and for the last five, when the network does too. Friends, family, and a few small businesses. I also worked in live sound, where the show starts on time whether or not the system is ready. It all taught me the same thing: find the real cause quickly, stay calm, and explain it without jargon. That's how I work on your website too: find what's actually broken, fix it, and tell you what I did.
